Requirements for candidates

At the time of employment, the employee shall submit the following documents:

  • Passport or replacement document or identification ID card (for persons under 16, birth certificate or identification ID card)
  • An extract from the certified paper labor record or electronic labor record of the last place of employment (except for persons entering employment for the first time).
  • A certificate from the main place of work instead of a work book for those who are employed on a temporary basis;
  • A military ID card or a military ID card for those who are forced or conscripted into military service;
  • Diploma of graduation from a higher or secondary specialized, professional educational institution;
  • A certificate (certificate) or other relevant document on the right to perform the work, which can be performed only by persons with special knowledge or special training, upon entering the work
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (STIR);
  • Personal identification number of an individual (JShShIR);
  • Accumulated pension book, except for persons entering employment for the first time.

It is forbidden to request documents from the person entering the job during the recruitment process, which are not provided for in this Code, as well as other legal documents, and will cause administrative liability.
